Optimum Health Chiropractic offers a friendly staff and a relaxing environment. Our office is fully staffed with the latest and most up to date physical therapy modalities including muscle stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical spinal traction, and cold laser. Our number one goal is to help our patients get well quickly and maintain overall health. We not only specialize in chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, massage, and rehabilitation but we also focus on nutrition. Nutritional supplements are often incorporated in a wellness plan and are specific to the individual’s needs. . The office accepts most health insurance, has evening appointments, and two locations to serve you in Eagle Rock and Reseda.
Dr. Santoro was born and raised in Southern California, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and her Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic from Los Angeles based Cleveland Chiropractic College. She graduated with honors and was on the Dean’s List. She is an active member of the community and helps assist local colleges in externship programs, providing the extensive training and experience that the students will need to thrive in the health field. Dr. Santoro has frequently sponsored surf contests, including the recent Malibu Surfrider contest to raise funding and awareness for Therasurf, a group that provides confidence and awareness for physically and mentally challenge children.
Dr. Santoro’s sponsorship includes celebrities, professional surfers, and professional skateboarders. She has also frequently worked on the set of Glee as the treating chiropractor.
When she is not working or donating her time to the community, Dr. Santoro can be found surfing, horseback riding, hiking, snowboarding, or spending time with her husband and her two small children.

What to expect your first visit.
Upon your first visit a full health history will be taken. Dr. Santoro will conduct physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations including postural analysis and muscular imbalance. If deemed necessary x-rays and other diagnostic images may be requested in order to assist her to develop a unique treatment plan for you. Once a treatment plan has been established a short term and long term goal will be provided.
